Maybe it's just the idea of standing out from a crowd that makes you important. I don't know. But we must be standing out from the crowd of illicit, unqualified, incompetent roofers out there. We sure seem to attract a great deal of copycats and people or companies who steal our ideas, our concepts, our name, our brand... but I guess its true what they say. There is only one thing in life worse than being talked about, and that's not being talked about.
One of those horrible companies who perform substandard work with substandard products which tries so hard to emulate our company is listed below in a Cease and Desist Demand. Yet, they just wont stop trolling our page. I get it if their intent was for competitive edge. But, this isn't that. They publish false information online about others in an effort to make themselves look good. They hire telemarketers and have them call your home as if they are Roofing Professionals of Texas and talk horribly to customers if they don't reply in their favor and if they do, they show up as Roofing Professionals and the client isn't aware that there is a difference.
To the owners of the company that are causing these problems, you are currently being sued for "Cause 1: Tortious interference with business relationships,; Cause 2: Libel/Slander; Cause 3: Business disparagement; Cause 4: Copyright Infringement".
